The Inbox you see after login, is not in your computer, but in this server.
Use DOWNLOAD AS FILE option to save important mail to your own computer,
or a regular mail program like Outlook or Thunderbird to download mail.

WebMail folders in this server are for TEMPORARY holding only!
WebMail folders are limited to 5 megabytes.
Remember to clear your Trash folder when exiting WebMail.
